Counselling for Individuals
I believe we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and find a deeper sense of contentment in life. Sometimes, past experiences can cast long shadows over the present — and by gently exploring those moments together, we can begin to understand how they continue to shape your world today. Other times, the focus may simply be on what’s happening right now.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, self-doubt, grief, menopause challenges, ADHD, pregnancy-related anxiety, or simply feeling stuck or lost, you don’t have to face it alone. Our sessions will provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to help you uncover what’s holding you back and find a path toward greater balance and wellbeing.
My approach is friendly, compassionate, and always centred around your needs — drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to support you in the way that suits you best.
Couples Counselling
If it’s your relationship that’s feeling distant or stuck, I offer couples counselling to help you and your partner reconnect and move forward together. We’ll explore what might be getting in the way — whether it’s communication, trust, or simply the pressures of daily life — and work towards restoring understanding, rebuilding closeness, and strengthening your bond.
A Compassionate and Understanding Approach
Having personally experienced anxiety and panic attacks, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when your mental health is challenged. This personal insight deepens the empathy and care I bring to my practice.
I’m passionate about helping people find calm, confidence, and hope for the future — whatever that future may hold for you. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and genuine support, offering a safe space where you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and fulfilled.
If you’re curious about how counselling could support you, I offer a free 30-minute consultation — a gentle opportunity to talk through what you need and see how we might work together.

Therapy can take many forms, depending on what feels right for you. Sometimes that means exploring a more creative path—using art, storytelling, or other expressive tools to gently uncover long-buried feelings and bring a sense of calm to an overwhelmed mind, which can be particularly beneficial for those seeking anxiety therapy.
At other times, a more structured, coaching-style approach with clear direction and goal setting can provide effective mental health support. This method can help you move forward with purpose, address worries, and even tackle challenges like procrastination. Whether you’re feeling stuck in the wrong career or finding it difficult to meet someone special, our individual coaching sessions will be tailored to your unique needs.
